32t ade is too fine,you will get much better cutting with 18/14t

THe hand hacksaw blade is what I have on hand.
Better blades coming.
THis is a chunk of 3" cast iron. Nice cut.
It takes time but time is what I have a lot of.

I ordered in some O1 tool steel. I replaced the main shaft.
The bush in the main gear is now tighter.
The saw runs quieter now. The main gear is not clunking around and the saw runs quieter.
I did not try to heat treat the shaft.
I will see how long the soft O1 shaft lasts.
