can anyone help me find plans for the "twin-Cylinder Engine" by J. V. Romig
as built by METAL Butcher, i have searched the inter web and cannot find a thing.

Do a search for "twin-Cylinder Engine J. V. Romig" and it will pop up in popular mechanics magazine. Google books has the edition online.
