Hi all,

I was on a mission this morning!
Go the the woodshow and find the metal working guys!
They always hide out somewhere...

I found them at a small table in a large room!

3 of them sitting there watching a LTD Stirling doing it's thing!

It runs for about two hours on a cup of hot water.
It is silent and very beautiful!!
Add that to my list of "To Do's"!!!

Here are some more pictures of the engines and the guys.

They gave me some info on clubs in the area and that is something i will be looking into.
Any help i can get will be great!!!

Still looking for a milling machine....
Stopped off at Princess Auto to have a look at the X2 mill.
Not very impressed at all!
But then it was a floor model and it was dirty and had most of the parts stripped off!
Not too sure how they expect to sell any of them like this!
May stop off at Busy Bee Tools and see what theirs looks like.
Otherwise i may just import my own from China.
There are a lot of them out there!

I like the wooden steam engine. Who says that you have to do metal work to make model engines?
