Hi Aussies, Does anybody have any problems contacting Minitech. I've phoned and e-mailed several times, no response. I got half my order with no advice on what is happening with the rest.
I seem to get better service (although more expensive) from US.

I heard they have new owner and have moved location from Brisbane to Canberra. Might be having some teething troubles. Or away on holidays this time of year. Are you using the new contact details off their website?

Haven't used them since Bob Cowan sold sold the business a while back, it is possible that they close for a few weeks over Christmas / new year bit i can't recall seeing anything in AME about it .
