I was cruzin' the net and found this site from the "Fox Valley Tech college", if it's been posted before then just ignore it.
It has its machine shop training on-line for those like me (newbies and "to olds ta learn") that are always in need of info. If you look through it there is quite a bit on speed and feeds and depth of cut etc. Might be helpful to some.
