For my current project I need some round aluminium bar machined into 20mm lengths and various diameters, all with an M3 thread through the centre.
Diameters might be e.g.: 9, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 42mm, each cut into an approx. 20mm length and centre threaded with an M3 0.5 pitch thread.
They're to be used to guide flimsy self-adhesive neoprene washers onto stainless discs.
Each guide would have a small chamfer one end to help load the washer before it drops onto the disc.
Is this something anyone here could help me with?
