Looking for stirling fan, or someone who I can pay to build.

I am not a builder, but NEED your knowledge. I have been looking for a stirling fan for a long time. There is a set of plans on ebay for a great one. I am looking for someone to take on this project, I know it won't be cheap.
Or if someone has one they will sell, that would be amazing.
I am not sure how I feel about the P.M. Research Solar fan..

If anyone can even point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
