Looking for Kerzel hit-or-miss plans

Hi all,
I am new to this forum. I have been searching the interweb for the current location of plans for Dave Kerzel's Hit-or-miss engine. So far I have lots of links, including in this forum. However, ALL of them have gone stale. The pages don't load or Safari says it can't find the link.

Would someone please reply with a current, active, link to the plans? Thank you.

If a link to the Webster could also be posted, I would be grateful.

This is in support of my scheme to do a first engine build. My candidates at the moment are the Howell "Bill", the Kerzel hit-or-miss, and the Webster.
