Leaky joints

Used that type on a old Atlas mill and did not have trouble with leaks.
Don't use coolent in the home shop anymore. No need to run cutters at high speed or make heavy cut and just found it more of a mess and cleanup problem then it was worth.

I use LocLine hoses on my CNC mills and they don't leak at all. Something is wrong there.
 
Did you get the tool for assembling lock line together. If not assembled correctly you could have the problems you are encountering.
