Human contact

There's a lot of reading to do here, so I'll make this short...

I'm wondering if there is any interest of people in south-western/south-central Ontario, Canada to get out of the house and meet up for something - drinks, pool, bowling, or suggest something.

I think it's great that this place exists, but nothing compares to face-to-face human contact sometimes.

If there's no immediate interest, does anyone know of any metalworking events, shows, and the like that might be of interest in the area?

Brian, there's TSME in toronto (they have a site) and there's an ME group in Woodstock that meets at Ted McJannets's place (he's a vendor of castings, books etc) may also be one in hamiliton.....I guess depends where in SW Ont you are
