Hey,name is Dave.Im from South Africa.
After years of wanting a lathe and not being able to afford one,I finally landed a deal of a life time!
A Mayford 7b (I think?) a absolute bargin and the lathe is in pretty good shape!
Im also a avid rc plane freak and Ive alway marveled at these tiny ic engines.
Ive browsed this site some what and hope to learn as much as I can from its members.

Thanks for the warm welcome.
For now Im just trying to gather some tooling,a live center and a Jacobs chuck for the tail stock.A 4 jaw chuck would be great too.Cant wait to get started.
