Harbor Freight Stop

Sunday my wife and I were in Altoona PA.
She wanted to go to Toys-R-Us to pick up a gift for each of the grandkids.

The Harbor Freight store there was only a few stores away, so I had to go in
even though I didn't need anything, but...

Center drill sets (#1 to #5) $6.99 each
12 foot tape measure $1.49
Pair of 9 LED flashlights $3.99

Less than $20
Not bad for going in needing nothing. :

Rick, let us know how the centre drills are. I wish I could just get #2 and #3 ones
in quantities of 2 or 3 instead of a dozen. :-( [at a cheap price]

I can tell you already since my current set was bought at Harbor Freight 2 years ago.

They are C2 HSS.
If you are centering a lot of 4140 steel, they won't hold up very long.
For 1018 they will hold up very well.
