The closest thing I could find on the Jensen website (Jensen Steam Engine's only concession to high technology!!!!) is a model #25 G Power Plant that goes for $457.95 (eBay: $399.95 new/free shipping; $345.00 used, $25.00 shipping):

They also have a "Retro #25GR" version for $644.95 and a cast iron "Collector Edition" model for $679.95

There is a listing on eBay (ANTIQUE "JENSEN " HORIZONTAL ELECTRIC TOY STEAM ENGINE: 15" W - 9" D -9"H | eBay) for an older version of Locust's power plant that is currently at $710 + $11.79 shipping (pre-owned, untested, as-is):

It's missing the lamp post ($24.95) & bulb ($1.70), both new from Jensen.

IMO, if you're looking for a vintage Jensen Power Plant, that looks to be in good condition, I would say a fair price is in the $800 range, plus shipping.
