Thanks guys !Well Vince the next step is buying a mill . There are a lot of great engines I want to build, but maybe I'll try the Mendocino and a two stroke IC first.

Yes Brian definitely! The feeling of creating something from just some pieces of metal which subsequently worked is great. Well it was hard for me to do it, far more than I tought it'll be, but if it is easy it wouldn't be so interesting

It looks really good, but for future reference, the rod usually hooks to the side of the crankshaft with the cutouts in it. The heavy side acts as a counterweight for the rod pin.
