The first plan was to make a wobbler, but then I saw the plans for a finger engine and figured it would be a better first project. The finger tab looks much easier to make than a cylinder and piston.
It is done enough to assemble on a temporary base to work out any fine tuning. I have a piece of hardwood picked out for the base and am finishing it as I work on the last little details of the engine. It was fun and educational and I got to use the new DRO setup on the mill. I must say that the 1/2 function and the bolt circle function are my two favorite "tricks".
