Have you thought about nabbing some of the grand-kid's Lego people as passengers?
Just shows my warped view of things I guess. :D
 
I like this. Nice work. What are you using to down-gear? It looks like you have a gear unit to the back of the ferris wheel?

Engine is running beautifully too. :)
 
I will look into the Lego people.

The gear reducer is made from a D/C motor gear combination with the motor dissected and most cut off. It is rated at 16 RPMs but I don't know at what input speed.
This is the same gear reducer that I used on my Rumely model tractor.

My granddaughter's tiny dolls would look good riding in that Ferris wheel. Very neat.
