What did you make your piston, and piston rings from?

I forgot to put the video link. An FYI is I am a high level quadriplegic. If I can build one you can to.

The rings were made using a rear brake cylinder from a Mini, I think it was a 1968 model. The inside diameter of the bore is 19mm. Piston was aluminium bar and the crankshaft was machined from bar-stock. The crankshaft is one piece. The carburetor is the jan Ridders vapour carb/tank.

Thanks, I've never built an engine before, but this one looks a good choice to start with, without spending a great deal of money. I've been thinking of buying an indexing head for sometime, which I'd need to make the gears, any thoughts on this one?
