Duclos flame licker prints?

I attended my first engine show in Auburn Indiana last fall, sensory overload is all I can say! Lots of beautiful craftsmanship and project ideas. There was a Phil Duclos flame licker engine happily running on one of the tables and I really fell for the technology and design. However the plans elude me as I cannot locate them anywhere. Does anyone have a source or and old set of plans?
