Looking at the video again I reckon I can make something that will work in a similar way on my belt sander. I just need to make a bit holder to try it out - another job for the "to do" list

Update: I use ER32 Collets so I reckon I could use a 5C collet block - half way down this page:

To hold the drill bits. Luckily I already have a 5C to ER32 adaptor on my spin indexer.
