Diving bottle safety

I have an 1 L aluminum bottle tested to 300 BAR, working pressure 200 BAR which has been removed from service 2011 (manufactured 2001). I need a small bottle for my airbrush compressor, 4 BAR.

Would it be safe to use this bottle for my tiny compressor? I have seen people using 20 years old bottles still at their rated working pressure and no problems (however i i would never do that)?

That bottle has at least 20mm wall thickness. 4 Bar is no challenge for that tank.
