Can anyone suggest a source in Europe for a heavy duty corrugated material, corrugations about 1/2" apart. Can be metal, plastic, foam or cardboard. I don't know if there is a proprietary item, if so, I would be able to google for it.

I want to use it to line drawers for storing milling cutters.

I've thought about non-slip matting, but stuff like that won't positively keep the cutters separated.

If the order is big enough, any of these thousands of packaging firms are out there- ready to take your cash.

I've something that came out of a builders skip which lines the boot of my smaller estate car.
However, you could buy expanded polystyrene which some of my workshop kit came in. Try most builders merchants. A bit of heating wire from an scrap fire or night store heater can do wonders to shape it. Me, speaking about night store heaters, any suggestions for making fusible links please?

Cheers

Dave there was a long thread on ME a few weeks back on storing milling cutters, may be worth a look. The Vac formed trays that Machine DRO do would be one option but there are several suggestions there.
