Clarkson MK I Manual

I have recently saved a MK 1 Clarkson cutter grinder from the scrapman. It's basicly sound but the spindle the wheel mounts on seems wrong to me (not as I remember it from my youth)

Has anyone got an exploded view of this or a picture of the spindle on its own,any info on this would be most welcome.
