Challenger, Black Widow model engine casting sets

Is there anybody out there that still has any of the model engine casting kits like the Challenger, or the Black Widow?

There was a gentleman with a couple of challenger sets for sale at the Indiana model engine show. Someone from that club might be able to get you in contact with them. The black widow castings can be purchased from Martin models

I purchased a set of castings from Cole’s, I think they may have been the last set before the closed up
The castings for the stand we’re missing and they stoped replying to email and never sent the castings that we’re missing
I still have all the rest, I am keeping it until I have more experience, then I will start on it
It’s a nice looking engine and from videos I’ve seen of it running sounds great too

If you need a set I can,cast a set from the casting I have also I cast parts mostly alum brass red brass and silver gold. I cant find it but I casted some elemer wall carbs for me one 24k gold the silver one to. I lost them some where. But I can cast them

I might be casting soon note on my casting i don't do cores so no asking for manifolds no tubes.


Let me say that engine has alot of problems due to the intake it's a box I know I spoke to lancer when,I was a kid and his son

Advice make one that flows better I worked on one I opened up the box and inside the manifold

Lol think of the shape of a hersy kiss I made a shape like that it fixed all flow and fuel mix per cylinder was finally since 1968 ran great sad to say that engine gone lost. Ran great a top 10 k,rpm a low of 950

Stay in touch so i don't forget and I advice on,yours soak the block in warm,water check the block most of them from there big problems.
