I love your casting setup but I especially like your method of removing the pattern from the sand. That is where I muck up the works.

Thanks, yes same here i found it near impossible to seperate the molds without rocking the cope in any direction especialy with deaper parts.
I would usually put the mold on the Floor and get above it to lift the cope as staight as i can so this setup saves the back ack and i have no issues with using only 3° draft angles.
Im very pleased with it, it takes a lot of the sress out of the work.
