I have progressed far enough for a try- one cly to fire but not happened yet. . Compression, spark + - TDC an with a noticeable air intake draw at the carb choke plate. If some one has built this engine would like to discuss with you where I have the valves per a piston position to kina verify there I have near whats needed. Em strictly a propane user for all my engines. The opening of the choke plates {scratch made} are very critical. Have tried many positions with this engine. This is my first post of this form would like some help a comments as far as using propane in general an especially with some one that has crafted the JE Howell Twin with issues they have with this engine.
