I am working on this same engine, and when I am looking at your great pics , I kinda feel like I'm in a big city and I can see where I want to go, I just can't get there.

As requested, a video.
I think the timing needs tweaking a bit, it prefers to go forwards.

tickover at 40psi is 280rpm, top speed is 1200.
probably be better when it's run in.
