Yep I know I worked for 4 back east I still say. What

May i say whatever works and safe and cost wise

Try the moon sand play stuff just do this pack molds same way just note how the sand works
Lol we ate all kids still. So here silly,putty and sand make a great mix you see from my photos

Try it cost I use oosh smart sand the 1.1 lb pack. Cost 5 after tax 7.50 say per lbs

Still cheaper safer better results and reuse.

Here data on using Portland cement .
I read about using Portland cement in the early 1970’s from browed book Per WW2.
Please reader thd Red under lined part . This late copy right I can not post the rest because copyright laws.

I will keep look for better data on RAMDONTION FOUNDRY SAND.

Published research and case studies on this subject are limited. As such, the use of foundry sand for this application is not well documented, and any use of foundry sand in Portland cement should be considered somewhat experimental.

Using cement in foundry sand was before the chemical boned sand used today. From what remember on large machine tool and ship props would use rebar too in mold.
