Barr & stroud engine ?

Hi all,
does anyone know where i can obtain any plans for either Barr & stroud Sleeve valve engine or any other sleeve valve plans.
Not a request for free etc source to purchase.
I have e-mailed strictly ic but not had a response yet ?
