I suffer with chronic lower back pain.

The medical doctors say it's Chiropractic thing and the Chiropractor says it will
require surgical repair.

So I got stupid and believed the claims of Inversion Table therapy.

I bought one last Sunday after 3 days on immobility.

The Dr. and Chiropractor both say it won't hurt you but won't do any good.

I say, if something doesn't hurt me THIS GOOD,

I should have bought two of them.
One for at work!

Certainly makes your head get some color. I have issues with facet joints at times, very painful. What is the idea behind being upside down. I have a full body vibration machine which seems to work for me.

I received a compression fracture of my spine some 3 years ago and Mrs M gave me one of the above, commonly known as a vacuum cleaner
