Jim and I had a long distance relationship for years. I was shocked at his death. I've written a series of articles to try to preserve his knowledge on nitro engine building. Here's a source for data on AA4032 heat treating:

If you bought it as AA-4032-T6 or T651, no heat treatment is needed.

If you cast it, or bought it as AA-4032-O, you will need two steps to heat treat it.

1) Solution treatment: 510C (950F) for 2 hours, then quench in cold water.
2) Aging treatment: 171C (340F) for 10 hours, then air cool.

Jim got me started on looking at engines from a engineering / machinist perspective, before that just dremel bandit. Really miss the guy had a lot of good times.
