Here in Australia most of our major shopping malls have what I call kiosk type shops that replace watch batteries, often they will also be able to fit a new crystal - I'm guessing you would also have these in the USA. If you can pry the bezel off then one of these places should be able to fit a new crystal to the bezel. I have a Mitotoyo DTI and bumbled my way through the fitting of a new crystal after watching a few youtube videos, the crystal is almost flat and if it is supported on the outer edge and pressed in the middle the OD shrinks in size enough for the bezel to drop on, the crystal is chamfered around the edge, the chamfer fitting into a groove in the outer edge of the bezel, a crystal press is usually used but I managed to do it just with thumb pressure.
