Hi all, I am building a "PM Research 1Bi kit" and I am not grasping the plan for the cylinder. I have completed the 20degree passageways into the valve ports. But the plans say to mill into cylinder bore. Is this correct? This is what the plan says to do next> "1/8 Dia end mill into cylinder...
