    I did that to a rotary table I made. The milling cutter was not tight enough in the collet chuck and moved down into the table. Have replaced the collet chuck with one that works. John

    I wonder if the pivot bolt securing the rotating body to the base ever works loose. Does the Belleville washer prevent the bolt from moving in its threaded hole?
