I bought 2 complete sets for 2 sets of my grandchildren. They machines are very nice and do a good job for their size capability. Plus they do not take up much space in their home. My daughters, their mothers, like that.

I had a Sears table saw years ago. My wife's uncle used it once, tilted the table and broke teeth off the gear. In his defense, it required a lot of stress on the gear to tilt the table even though it was working properly - a design problem. Since 3D printed stuff is frequently 70 % air I doubt...

I wonder if stripping the pressure safety relief valve from a Presto pressure cooker would work. They can go up to 15 psi. Would you engine run on 15 psi (air)?

Looks like a lot of fun to build. I think I will try it. Do you run it on compressed air or steam. Did you build the boiler? I wonder how leaky and, sticky, the safety valve would be.

Hi John, Depending on your needs, you may like DoubleCAD XT by Turbocad. It is "like" Draftsight". A very good 2D drawing program that is still free, as of 9/7/2020. It generates reasonable recent versions of AutoCAD DWG files. You can share files with AutoCad and Draftsight users.
