    Where are that you only get 110v? With 220v you could use a VFD that's what I put on my bandsaw with a 1hp 3ph motor works great just need to mount the VFD. As it's been said it looks great nice work!!! Todd

    I've was thinking more on this subject and I have to ask what do you use to keep chips away when making cuts? How many have learn that if something is rolling to let it go don't grab it? I was taught and always have used a brush to move chips, I've eaten up a lot of brushes but never my hands...

    I just added a spreadsheet for the Sine Values to use with Sine Bars & Plates in the download section. If other sizes are needed let me know it's simple to change.

    This is a spread sheet for Trig Values for the use of Sine Bars & Plates. If you need other sizes let me know it's simple to change. I have both Inch & Metric sheets. I've done a second in Landscape so it can be printed on one page and added MM bars with Inch spacers.

    DTE oil is used as a Hyd oil we used DTE26 for years in all of the machines at GM. That a look at the two files they give the cross overs to each oil. The plant engineering is easier to read. I also gave you the one from my Lathe I use AW32 hyd oil in the head. Todd

    Depending on the Vise jaws are they hard, are they junk steel, I've got hardened jaw in some of my vises and I've soft jaw in the cheap ones. So depending on the jaw it could be your problem I've found myself grinding the jaws for a better finish. Todd
