    V8 nitro engine

Are you using annealed copper washers under each glow plug. Shouldn't have to over tighten to get them to seal. As for glow plug leads try just engines. http://www.justengines.co.uk/acatalog/Just_Engines_Online_Starting_Gear_115.html

The oil jet in back of engine is this just a 2-56 bolt screwed in with a 0.006" hole through the centre. 2. I have assembled crank centre in to engine, fitted pistons and rods. Assembled big end pins in...

    Cnc error

I have a boxford 190 cnc mill. Running mach 3. When I program and run part, it's fine. Then after about 40-60 minutes. I put fourth component in (same program ) it has an error on the axis and the datum has move 3-5mm making component scrap. The error seems to be on the x axis. Any ideas???

    Swifty's build of Howell V4

Paul When I did this radiator I had the same problem with fins bending. I actually used two 1/16" blades. Ground each blade to give me width of one groove and half a fin. Then ground the front to .040" wide and stuck the blades back to back in a holder. Works perfect. One blade cuts the other...

Also completed the end sills. All the holes were spot drilled on the cnc then drilled the various sizes to depth with a high speed sensitive pillar drill. Just need to tap all the holes.
