A.G. What the drawing is doing is showing B-B and C-C in a cross section view of the middle drawing so you can visualize the grooves. B-B is a flat at B starting at 18 degrees from center line. C-C are the flats at C of the middle drawing 18 degrees and .062 from the centerline for the inlet...

There are some boards that have adjustment pots mark acceleration and Deceleration or ACC OR DECC. These pots control how fast the speed is ramped in the controller. If you have these adjustments adjust the ACC clockwise to increase the ramp time on start up, this will limit the torque...

A.G. I think what is throwing you off is the inlet and exhaust cavity. If you look at the first drawing it starts with B-B inlet groove & cavity at 18degrees, this intersects at .38 diameter at B of the center drawing. Look at C-C inlet cavity /exhaust cavity it intersects at C of the middle...

Brian you might check the Electric supply houses for your glass. They are used for break glass shutdown switches. I will look at my shop Monday and see if I have any and will let you know. The engine is really shaping up and I have enjoyed your post and photos. Don
