    Powder paint for model engines

There are PID temperature controls on Ebay, who generally buy them from China, or direct from Aliexpress for about $20 with the thermocouple, add to that a 25 amp solid state relay for another $10 then leave the toaster control on 'toast' and use the controller to control the temperature. I have...

    Vevor rotary table troubles

Agreed, the addendum of the cutter does have to be larger, I was just making a suggestion and leaving the details to the OP.

    Vevor rotary table troubles

If you look at normal worm gears, they have concave faces that provide more contact surface with associated strength.

    Vevor rotary table troubles

If you can make an accurate copy of the screw, mill teeth in, and harden it to make a hob, you could gash the worm with a smaller form cutter and the 'free hob' it with the hob you've just made. It's not likely to qualify as a precision worm, but satisfactory for a lot of operations maybe even...

    Shaft won't fit bearing

As I said earlier, manufacturers specs are how the bearings are designed to work, with that said, maybe, apart from miniature turbines for model airplanes and grinding spindles, there aren't many places where amateurs need to be that concerned, too tight can be a problem but Loctited bearings...

    Vevor rotary table troubles

I'm sure it's steel, but given the diameter and pitch, I don't think it's worth pushing it if I don't have to, I have a CNC for that kind of work.

    Vevor rotary table troubles

Without knowing what Wonk's rt looks like internally, I can only go by a cheap one I brought that was only used for rotary positioning. Mine did need some TLC to be usable but it has a small diameter ferrous worm gear with a fairly fine pitch worm meaning they aren't suitable for heavy rotary...

    Shaft won't fit bearing

The problem with that is that is the shaft or bore to bearing size makes the fit too tight, it will stretch the bearing inner race/compress the outer race and cause a reduction of clearances of the ball bearing, some is intended, that's why press fits are specified buy the manufacturers. If...

    Vevor rotary table troubles

Think about it, even if you had the tools, what kind of rotary table could/would you build for $125(remember, there is a sales markup, even for Vevor), maybe it was worse than the average one like that, but you threw the dice.

    Powder paint for model engines

Emerald Coatings in Palmerston, ON has Caswell supplies for powder coating as well though they don't seem to have a large range of colours.

Casting defect how best to repair it?

That may be the reason for some companies but my understanding for M-C is that they had a case brought against them by US authorities that involved shipping across borders involving taxes or maybe some other restrictions but it caused them issues they didn't want to have to deal with, including...

    End of an (electrical) era

Those would likely work but the price is sobering, at least on Amazon in Canada, $52.53 CDN https://www.amazon.ca/ROP-Shop-Condenser-Ignition-Tecumseh/dp/B06WWBFWSC

Not sure these specifically will work but worth a look anyway...

Looking for a Cylindrical (barrel) cam

They are also called rod end bearings and I've heard them called spherical rod end bearings, I guess it just depends on where you are and what industry but they are essentially all the same.

Looking for a Cylindrical (barrel) cam

Those cams were made long before CNC and 3D printers, whether you can make them or not depends on how much time and effort it's worth, and how accurate it has to be, here's a video showing how to do it manually.

    4 cylinder ohv engine plans

Is there a picture of the completed engine somewhere, I tried the link in post #15 but it didn't lead to any thread or picture. I found a Youtube video
