Curving bits of metal sheet to closely fit onto things can be awkward - but by using a technique known as “bumping” in full scale sheet metal shops, this is fairly readily achieved. In these two vidros I demonstrate laying out a flat sheet metal part and then closely forming it to fit a machined cylinder for an engine.
