Weaver 1cc diesel engine

Im planning out my project and I am not sure about the venturi. I am planning to make one of these and I see the various articles say to use a "No. 000 taper reamer". Is this the same thing as a "#3/0 Taper Pin Reamer" ? See picture from article below.

The angle as drawn is far steeper than you would get with a taper pin reamer. Easy to make or buy something like this but with a smaller end.

I had my hands on this recently built one, you could ask the builder what he did for the tapers.

Thanks I joined the UK site and asked the question to Keith about the venturi. I will also post my drawing of the cylinder with the transfer port in the near future
