I'm writing from France (gosh my english )
I'm starting to build Upshur Vertical Single Engine and my problem is the distribution gears
where can I buy the gears to make the distribution?

Hello Natale,

The plans I have for the Upshur Vertical Single engine mention Boston Gear International as a source for the Y4830 crankshaft gear and the Y4860 camshaft gear. Perhaps Boston Gear has a distributor in your country.

Thanks for your answer do you have photos about your engine ?
I think that the exactly gears from hpcgears.com are G40-30 and G40-60
Coluld you confirm please ?

Looks really good. I made my own gears of 0.5 mod, so I had to alter a few things.

Hi Rick made gears is not very simple I do not have the divider to make the gears, maybe in the future I'll buy it or I'll made a little CNC vith the fourth axis
