Hello friends
I have finished this engine.
Capacity 15 ccm four stroke.
3 valves /2 inlet , 1 exhaust.
Belt driven OHV.
Glow ignition.
Water cooled cylinder and cyl. head with water pump.
Radiator - soldered brass pipes.
Clutch controlled by simple lever.
Frame - aluminium square rods.
Constructed from row material and clutch body and cylinder are machined from my castings.
Water pump is very simple but it works surprisingly good.
I am planing to use this unit on tricycle chopper like model vehicle.

That looks very nice. Will you be posting a video?

I will be watching to see the tricycle you put this in.

Thank You for posting,

Great runner. Thanks for sharing

Super engine Kadora. I like the castings too.

WOW! That is awesome! Is it your design? The working clutch actually peaks my interest in IC engines.

Is that a dog type clutch or a friction type clutch. Can it be engaged slowly like the clutch in a car or is it instant transition from disengaged to fully engaged?---Brian

Thank you guys.
Brian it is friction clutch can by slowly engaged.
I am looking for some pressure plate friction material because i have there FELT only to check clutch
functionality .

Thank you Kadora.--I have two or three different clutch designs, and they all use oak wood for friction disc material.---Brian

Old clutches often used cork, I imagine fine cork sheet attached with epoxy would make a good model friction plate.

Hello
Brian can you release some drawings of your clutch mechanism - you have always good ideas .
TonyM - CORK !!! is what I need . Thank you

Hello Brian unfortunately my antivirus software rejects to download your drawings .
It is pity because I really like your clever ideas.

Nice looking project! It reminds me of older one lung boat engines. Is the engine your design, or did you get plans? Will you post plans if yours, or if purchased plans, where did you get them?
