Wish I could find my bolt puzzle. 2 large bolts and 2 nuts machined to only come apart with proper alignment of threads. Had a smaller nut locked inside. Cause it would drive you nuts to try opening it.

One of the supervisors of a machine shop I worked in Had one of those Sample boards on the wall near his desk. When he retired it went home with him.
I expect one could readily sell those but a bit of a job to make.
