I hope that I have posted these links to the correct forum thread - it was the closest I could find!
Perhaps this has been broached on another thread by someone already, sorry if I missed it.

This site I find quite fascinating, many of these designs are quite old and even though I have already been aware of many of them, it is great to see them all in action and although it all seemed a bit simple at first, it has brought my understanding of the designs to a new level!

More mechanisms to keep me awake at night wondering how to incorporate them in future projects. I haven't even had enough shop time in the last year to build anything more than odds and ends and tooling.

Yes, they do tend to be more of a distraction than anything else - ie to most of us (including me) but they hopefully will inspire some young minds now and then, :) - thanks for the reply
