Small Ø40mm indexable face mills?

As much as I like Sandvik and Iscar I can't see spending 300+USD for a 40mm face mill. I did find these:

Are these worth trying? I tried hard, but Google failed me and I couldn't find a US source, not that it matters much.

Have you looked at Shars tool ?
I just did a quick search for apkt style and 1 1/2" and got these results.

I have bought a bunch of stuff from them. Mostly Chinese but good quality.
They are in Illinois

I did check there even though I dislike their product. This milling head must fit a 16mm arbor.
