how do I tell if my inbox is full?
there is usually some % or bar to tell me but I dont see any of that ???

Errrrrr ................ don't know ............. not helpful I know ........... but .......

My local 4x4 Club uses the same software on it's forum; it's not unusual for my PM box to have 200+ messages (as I don't clear them out too often) and it's never been a problem ???

I was well over 230 a few minutes ago, so your post has just reminded me, so I have just trimmed it down to the last 20 received.

I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I'm not aware of any limits set for the number of messages stored in any inbox.

We have set limits on the number of recipients for a PM as well as the number
PM's that can be sent in a preset time period.
Those limits are in place to squelch any spam advertisers that may appear.

My own inbox has been as high as 500 and I've never received a notice that it
was overloaded.

There is Ranger, just make sure it's turned on in your profile and that your "pop up blocker" ain't blocking it
