I just got a Chinese reamer set from Enco and was pleasantly surprised at the nice aluminum brief-case that came with it. The reamers have their own labeled foam cutouts. See attached pix below.
Downside is that box takes up waaaaaaay too much room (yeah, I know, can never be satisfied :big. According to Enco's page, it's supposed to come in a wooden box,

The metal case can be bought separately, so may wind up getting that anyway. This page shows the metal case :
