I found this site last year and thought some of the members would be interested. It is a trade publication called " The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors" I know it sounds like a boring read, but each issue has at least one feature article about steam stuff. There is a writeup of Jay Leno's engine and another about the steam clock in Vancouver. The pictures are nice and on the last page they always have a short story of some boiler exploding some where.
It makes you glad you did not work in a Mill in the 1800's ;D
