Machinist's love gadgets.

Companies who employ machinists know that!
Every year the company I work for puts on an Employee Appreciation Day.
They feed us a huge picnic lunch of hot sausage sandwiches, hamburgers,
hot dogs, all types of salads, and home made ice creams.
Then we are supposed to go back in and work out the rest of the day.
(Sign me up for a NAP until quiting time! )

There are always a few gifts involved.
Usually a company logo hat and team related shirt.
This years hat broke the mold!

My wife thinks logo hats are "Redneck".
She thinks anything camo is "Redneck".

How about a camo, logo hat with built in LED headlights!

Low beam, high beam and flashing!
Now that's probably not something I would have ever bought for myself
but it sure has been a source of entertainment here!
They know us old buggers can still be intrigued with toys!

As for my wife, I expect she will stop laughing long enough to draw a full breath
soon. After all, is has been 32 hours now since I first showed it to her....

In my neck of the woods if you draw attention to yourself
walking the dog at night you get assaulted or arrested,
if the latter usually arrested AND assaulted.
