Miniature clamp set

When the covid lock down happened I got bored and designed and made all the pieces for a mill table clamp set in 1/4 scale. They were in a small box for a long time. Then I took the time to make a tray to display them. I recently designed a more fitting display. After failing to get a good print I sent the file to Bob Shutt and he printed the piece for me. I still have to make the sheet metal backing but at the rate I'm moving on this it will be another year.

Steve, how did you make the step blocks. What material did you use for the set?

I used 0-1 tool steel for everything. I also bought a dovetail cutter to get the proper profile on the steps of the riser blocks and clamps. With that being correct they lock together like they should and function like the real thing.

I was hoping it's 10-32 so it would fit my Sherline fixture plates so @stevehuckss396 could make me a set for my birthday, but at 1/4 scale it would be closer to 0-80 or M1.5-0.35.

Threads are 5-48. That hits the diameter but true 1/4 scale would have been #5-52. Close enough.
